- When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan.
- If you choose the monthly payment plan, payments are NOT, automated. You can click on your invoice at any time to make weekly, monthly or final payment by the due date listed on your invoice. We encourage you to make monthly payments. You will receive payment notice monthly and 10 days prior to final payment.
- Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.
- Please be mindful that we suggest and recommend all attendees should arrive into Montego Bay (MBJ) on JUNE 16, 2026 before 5 pm.

- Per RIU Supervised Family Student Groups Policy - Each room booked has at least 1 (one) responsible parent or gurdian sharing with their underage children (18 or younger) up to the maximum of occupants permitted in the specific room category.
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued identification

- Monthly payments are encouraged to keep your reservations current.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
- Name changes are allowed with a $75 change fee.
