CAN YOU WORK WITHIN A CERTAIN BUDGET?

lanning a memorable vacation takes time and requires hours of research for it truly to be a one-of-a-kind experience for all. To begin working on your travel arrangements, a paid initial planning & research fee is required. Fees vary depending on the number of travelers. Once the appropriate fee is paid in full, Serenity Sand & Seas Travel, LLC will secure and confirm travel arrangements as agreed. This fee is a one-time non-refundable payment and is separate from the cost of the trip. This fee cannot be broken down into payments, nor can it be paid in multiple ways. The planning fee includes 3 itinerary/trip options specifically designed to fit your budget, preferences, excursion planning, and private requests. Clients have 14 days to make a deposit on a booking from the date the quotes are delivered. Moving forward with a booking after the 14-day mark will require the payment of another planning fee and new itineraries delivered.

Our planning and research fee is charged only after you've had your initial free consultation and you decide that you would like to start a relationship with Serenity Sand & Seas Travel. It also tells us that you are serious about investing in your vacation.

DOES IT COST MONEY TO GET A QUOTE?

Travel insurance is available and recommended to protect your travel investment. Many trips, such as tours and cruises, involve non-refundable funds paid months in advance. Travel insurance protects you from losing this investment. Perhaps even more important is the ‘during travel’ coverage and assistance that comes with the top-flight insurance companies we carry.

Trip interruption due to illness or unforeseen circumstances can be very expensive, and medical care abroad is often not covered by domestic insurance plans. Review our recommended travel insurance companies:

WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept online payments or over the phone payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Please note personal checks, cash or money orders will not be accepted. A signed credit card authorization form and a copy of your state issued government Identification card will be required. 

DO YOU PROVIDE REFUNDS?

You should make every effort to make a payment every month. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel.

DO WE HAVE TO MAKE A PAYMENT EVERY MONTH?

PAYMENT QUESTIONS

Yes, you can make reservations for any event at any time as long as the reservations are still open. You will need to make the first deposit and then every month make monthly payments.

CAN I MAKE RESERVATIONS ON AN EVENT AFTER THE PAYMENTS HAVE BEGUN?

Once you make your reservation, you will receive an account summary. Your account summary will list your monthly payment plan. This is set up by default to charge your credit card every month, or you can choose to turn off the automatic monthly billing option.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I MAKE MY RESERVATIONS?

You can make monthly payments several ways: refer back to your invoice for the payment link or send us an email.
