You’re Invited to Our First Cousins Trip in Beautiful St. Martin! It’s time to press pause on the busy schedules, group chats, and “we need to plan something soon” conversations… and finally make it happen.
We’re coming together for our very first Cousins Family Trip to St. Martin (Sint Maarten) — a sun-soaked Caribbean escape designed for laughter, connection, and unforgettable memories with the people who know you best.

Booking through the room block also ensures that you have access to all the guest services and arrangements we’ve made through our travel agent. Guests who do not book within the block may not have access to these services, which could create unnecessary confusion and complicate the scheduling of events.

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
- Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.
- We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 4 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.
- Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving St. Martin.
- To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

Chevelle and Courtney have pre-reserved a group block of rooms at Sonesta Maho Beach Resort, Casino & Spa in St. Martin for July 18–24, 2027, making it easy for everyone to stay together and enjoy a seamless cousins getaway experience.
Booking within our reserved group ensures you’re right in the heart of the fun — staying at the same resort, on the same dates, and close to all the memories we’ll be creating together.
Here’s what you need to know:
Travel Dates: July 18–24, 2027
RSVP / Deposit Due Date: March 31, 2026
Deposit Amount: $50 per person to secure your room
Final Payment Deadline: May 24, 2027
Your reservation must be paid in full by this date to confirm your stay.
Reserving inside the cousins’ room block guarantees you’ll receive our exclusive group rates, all-inclusive amenities, and access to all planned group activities and meetups throughout the trip. It also helps us keep everyone together at the same resort for the best possible shared experience.

Book My Room Now (Deposit is Required)
While Chevelle & Courtney request that you book your room with the group, you are welcome to book your own airfare. Due to contract deadlines, we recommend booking your hotel room as early as possible and adding air when you're ready.
Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package this can be arranged with our team as well. In the reservation form mark "YES" to the flight question and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.
If you book your own air, please forward your air confirmation email to me no later than JUNE 03, 2027. This is how we schedule your transportation pick up at your destination. Guests who do not submit their air information by the deadline will forfeit their included transfers.
Closest airport to the resort is Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM)
We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.
Flight schedules for July 2027 are not yet available. Airlines are expected to release their schedules after August 28, 2026.

Yes—travel insurance is available and highly recommended for all guests attending the Cousins' Getaway. Because group reservations at all-inclusive resorts are pre-paid and non-refundable, travel insurance is encouraged to protect your investment. Life is unpredictable; plans can change.
Travel protection helps safeguard your trip in the event of unexpected situations such as trip interruptions, flight delays, medical emergencies, or last-minute cancellations. With insurance, you’ll have added peace of mind knowing you’re covered before and during your travels.
The cost of insurance is based on your age, your state of residency, and the total cost of your trip. Due to this, travel insurance prices will be quoted individually for each guest.
Without insurance, there are no refunds should your plans change. You will also not have any medical coverage for mishaps or catastrophic events. Please note: most U.S. health insurance policies do not provide coverage outside of the United States. See the FAQ section below for more details.

Important Details to Know:
- A passport book is required for international air travel. Passport cards, Enhanced Driver’s Licenses, or SENTRI cards are not valid for flights.
- If you already have a passport, please double-check the expiration date. The U.S. State Department recommends that international travelers have at least six months of validity remaining after their return date.
- Passport processing times are not as delayed as they were previously, but it’s still a good idea to apply or renew early. In some cases, if you need to renew, you may qualify to apply online rather than by mail—but certain eligibility requirements must be met. Check the latest details on the State Department’s site before beginning your renewal.
Making sure your passport is ready early will help ensure smooth travels and eliminate last-minute stress.
